Life Coaching

Life coaches are the gym memberships of the 1990s. No, that doesn’t mean we’re all entitled, self-absorbed, unmotivated narcissists that need someone to tell us how great we are in order to feel less shitty about the shitty things we are conditioned to do and feel as humans.

It simply means we give a damn about how we use and experience the short time we have on this Earth.

It means we realize that there is so much more to life than bachelor’s degrees, poorly compensated promotions, and soulless, white picket fences.

The life we deserve to live is on the other side of our fear patterns, learned anxiety, and brainwashed unworthiness.

Every single human being has a light that is meant to be exposed, turned on, and shared. Every human being has a thing, a purpose, a message, a line of work that is necessary for the energetic ebb and flow of the Universe.

A life coach is not an unconditional cheerleader.

A life coach is not someone who will do the work for you.

A life coach is not going to sugarcoat the fact that you’ve been existing in a state of lack.

A life coach is not going to tell you that “I can’t” or “I shouldn’t” is an acceptable answer.

A life coach will, however, bring clarity to the actions you are taking that don’t serve you.

A life coach will lay out the work to be done in a clear way, one that is easily navigated but not necessary easily undertaken.

A life coach will bluntly and directly explain why you’ve been perpetually manifesting poor finances, unfulfilling careers, indigent confidence, substandard relationships … just to name a few.

A life coach will tell you that everything, even the number in your bank account, is a choice.

Hiring a life coach does not deem you flawed or broken. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations or mental states questioning how the hell we got there, and most of the time, questioning how the hell we got there AGAIN.

The answer lies within our conditioning.

From a very early age, we are taught that we are inherently flawed. That we need to make up for our blemished and evil nature. This is revealed in the tale of Adam and Eve. (Don’t even get me started on why the woman is the one who falls into temptation. Insert eye-roll emoji here.) The apple was eaten (or the sex was had) and thus, human beings from that point on were cursed with this cloud of “I am wrong. I am bad. I am not deserving.”

As a result, we are conditioned to tame our feelings so as to not make a scene, alter our art so we don’t raise eyebrows, filter our needs so we don’t come off as unstable, slash our wants in half so we don’t appear fanciful, censor our words, our thoughts, and our bodies so we do not offend, to not overly revel in our sexuality so we are not considered promiscuous, and to not speak highly of ourselves so we do not come across as conceited.

In the same way we participate in physical exercises to maintain our physical health, so too do we need to strengthen the connection to and the abilities of the very soul our body houses. We owe it to ourselves to work through our baggage, air out the homes of our pasts with open windows, and raise our frequency.

It’s time to level up, develop an unyielding connection to your truth, and step into your power in order to alchemize a life of abundance.

Become the happiest person you know.

It all starts with a choice.

Together, you and I will create a space for you to expand, evolve, and step into your power. We'll dig up the heavy stuff, navigate through the hard stuff, and continue to blast through barriers until you radiate like the divine, powerful, and creative force you were put on this Earth to be.
